Good to know
The simple stuff, up front
- Refundable deposit — $150 ($200 with the game room). Leave it as you found it and we hand it right back.
- Cleanup — guests tidy up before leaving. It’s part of how we keep the price reasonable.
- Bring your own — food, caterer, cake, and décor all welcome. No required vendors.
- House rules — no alcohol, no open flames (battery candles are fine), nothing that damages the walls.
